Special Drawing Rights Department "Special Drawing Rights Department" means the Account through which the Fund will conduct all operations and transactions involving Special Drawing Rights allocated under Article XV of the Articles of Agreement, except operations and transactions pursuant to section 2 of Article XVII of the Articles of Agreement;
